Bringing frozen balloons back to life

The lowest limit of temperature, known as Absolute Zero, is a mere -273.15 °C (-459.67 °F). That’s right, nothing can ever get colder than -273.15 °C !

Nitrogen turns from a gas into a liquid at −196 °C ( −321 °F). That is very cold!

When gases get cooled down the particles that they are composed of (like oxygen molecules in the air) contract and take up less space, see:
